Q Arabica Grader
Becoming a licensed Q Arabica Grader gives you a specialized tool of the coffee trade. In this course, you will learn the global standards of quality coffee set by the Coffee Quality Institute (CQI). It is broken down into three days of practice and calibration and three days of testing. We cover everything including triangulation, cupping, olfactory tests, roasted grading, green grading coffee, sensory skills, organic acid matching pairs test, and sample roast ID skills. The Q Grading Program is globally recognized and actually required by many coffee employers for their quality control personnel, roasters, green buyers, and exporters.
